This challenge is exactly what I needed to get my health back on track! It really helped me focus on myself and my health. I never would have thought I could accomplish this much and have these results in such a short amount of time. I have so much more energy and confidence. My fitness goal was to lose as much body fat as possible in 5 weeks. Meal prepping was the first key to my success. The diet Paige provided was the perfect amount of food and my sugar cravings quickly disappeared. The workouts were really good, but cardio was really difficult for me at first, but by the end of the challenge I was running 3 miles a day. That felt amazing. Paige also provided tips to accelerate fat loss and they worked great. I am extremely happy with the results of this challenge. It has helped me lose 40 lbs., increased my energy, flexibility and stamina. But most importantly, it helped me create healthy habits and a better lifestyle. I kept working harder until I started seeing more results . Weeks 1 , 3 and 5 are the weeks I really dropped a lot of fat. I really enjoyed the program and couldn't be happier with my results. I went from 213 pounds to 175 ,feel stronger than ever, fit in my old clothes , have way more energy and have cut back to half my dose on blood pressure medicine. There are a lot of friends and family also impressed by my results and are going to try the spring challenge . Thanks for everything!!

Fitin5 was the guidance and planning my body needed to get out of the plateau I was in. I received great workouts and precice meal plans that pushed me in a great way. That coupled with hard work and perseverance got me the results I always wanted. I have never had this good of a body composition in my life. I will take what I learned and keep moving forward. I appreciate Paige and her ability to answer questions when we email her. I constantly wanted to know "why" I was doing certain things and she was able to give explanations. Overall, it was one of the most rewarding things I have done.

During the program I decided not only to change my habits, but change the habits of my whole family. My oldest soon started to practice Jiu Jitsu with me, my youngest start to practice Judo, and my wife went to the Gym as well. We remove junk foods from our diet and started to eat healthy.
